Øyvind is one of the founders of NSKI University College. He holds his acting and directing education from New York University and has also studied Method Acting for several years in New York. In 1984, he founded Northern Lights Theatre, an Off-Broadway theatre company in New York, and served as the artistic director of the group until 1992. Øyvind directed several productions for Northern Lights during this period. From 1999 to 2009, he was a director for the TV series *Hotel Cæsar*.

Yngve is one of the founders of the school and a lecturer at the BA in Acting, BA in Directing, and BA in Musical Theatre programs. Yngve teaches voice work, singing, and specialization courses in practical acting work, acting, personal direction, and staging.
He is educated at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in London and has completed further education in University and College Pedagogical Basic Competence at HiOA.
Yngve has previously taught at NISS, HiNT, HiOA, and the Theatre Foundation Program at OMK, and is an hourly teacher at both the Faculty of Technology, Art, and Design and the Center for Professional Studies at OsloMet.
In addition to his work as an educator, Yngve has worked in a variety of productions as a director and actor. He has been involved in formats such as opera, musical theatre, cartoon dubbing, and has particularly collaborated closely with Hanne T. Asheim and Teater Joker.

Ole is educated at Barratt Due Music Institute and has completed a master's degree at the University of Oslo.
He has received certification in the Estill Voice Training System, ReVoice voice massage, and is inspired by Oren Brown and Susanna Eken.
He has previously taught at Bårdar Academy and in musical productions at Oslo Nye Teater, Chateau Neuf, and the National Theatre, as well as a number of musical artists and pop singers.

Erik is trained in singing at the Music Conservatory in Trondheim (NTNU, 1992-97).
As a performer, he has been involved in several musicals, including Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, Roger in RENT, and Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar.
He has performed in various plays, been a soloist with several of Norway's symphony orchestras, worked on events, short films, and also dubbed series and movies.

Peder Hamdahl Næss is a Norwegian director and screenwriter. He is educated at the London Film School and has been behind several award-winning feature films and TV series. Peder teaches directing and screenwriting at NSKI University College.
Teaches Screenwriting
Peder is educated as a copywriter from Westerdals with industry experience as a screenwriter for the feature films *Switch* (2007), *Amors Baller*, and *Fritt Vilt III*. He has also worked with the TV series format as a creator, storyline and dialogue writer, as well as a game designer. Peder has also taught film at Danvik Folk High School and has extensive experience in structuring stories and writing screenplays.

Tiffany holds an MFA in Acting from Actors Studio Drama School, New York. She has worked as an actor, director, and producer, created new play festivals, developed musical theatre, and led community projects. She has written arts columns for *San Diego Union-Tribune* and *Breaking Character Magazine*, and her book *Creepy Little Death Poems* is currently being adapted into a feature film.

Bjørn is trained as an actor from NISS and NSKI University College. He holds a practical pedagogical education from KHIO. Previously, he has been a teacher and subject coordinator for the Theatre Foundation Program. He also works as a freelance actor and director. Bjørn has been teaching at NSKI since 2016.

Christer has been a dancer, actor, director, and choreographer in over 35 musical productions in Norway and Sweden since 1985.
He danced in the opening and closing ceremonies of the Lillehammer 1994 Winter Olympics.

TV2/TV4: Judge on *Skal vi Danse* (2007-2013), *Isdans* (2007), and *Stjärnor på is* (2008). Played the role of Jan Stang Engeland in *Hotel Cæsar* (2012).
Associate Professor in Movement for BA Acting and BA Musical Theatre

Dance artist, choreographer, and educator trained at the School for Contemporary Dance, Danshögskolan (SE), SEAD (AU), including Movement Research (NY) and Performing Arts in Public Space, KHIO. Over the last 20 years, she has freelanced with her own art projects, taught at several institutions, and is currently at the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre and NSKI University College, in addition to developing Ensemble Thinking both nationally and internationally.
Lars is a director with extensive experience in film and TV production, as well as work in cultural administration and project management. He is trained as a director at the American Film Institute and the San Francisco Art Institute. His films have received numerous international awards, including the Crystal Bear and Best Picture at the Berlinale, Lübeck, and Chicago International Film Festivals, as well as an Amanda for Best TV Drama.
Lars teaches film directing, camera/production/technique, and personal direction and staging.

Åshild is trained as an actor from NSKI University College and has completed a one-year study in performing arts.
Currently, Åshild works as a freelance actor. At NSKI, she has been teaching sensory work, improvisation, and acting since the fall of 2023.
Karen is trained as a specialist psychologist in Organizational Psychology, as well as in sociology and business economics.
She has worked at NSKI since 2017 and teaches accessibility.

Joakim is trained as an actor at NSKI University College and is a certified stage combat performer from the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. He works as an actor, director, and acting instructor. He has worked with Teatret Vårt, Teater Ibsen, Ombrello Teater, Grenland Friteater, and as an instructor at Oslo Teaterskole and Kongsberg Kulturskole.

Øyvind Rune Stålen is a trained screenwriter with a master's degree in screenwriting from the Norwegian Film School. He has written scripts for several films and TV series across a range of genres, most recently for the Netflix series *Post Mortem - Ingen dør på Skarnes*. He is also the vice president of the Dramatists' Union.

Kaia is trained as a musical artist and opera singer, with studies from Bårdar Academy, the Grieg Academy, KHiO, and NMH. She has worked as a performer in opera and musical theatre for over 10 years, performing across much of Norway, as well as in Austria. She has performed at the Bergen International Festival, the Ultima Festival, and DNO&B, for NRK, and with KORK and the Arctic Philharmonic.

Tori has 12 years of work experience with Riksteatret and holds a master’s degree in classical singing and musical theatre from ØMK, the Norwegian Academy of Music, Manhattan School of Music, The Juilliard School, and studies with Oren Brown in New York. She has worked as a performer, director, composer, arranger, conductor, lyricist, translator, and lecturer for over 30 years, including teaching at Bårdar Academy.

Jan Elisabeth is a screenwriter and author, as well as a longtime sound designer. In 2005, they received the Amanda Committee's "Gullklapper" for long and dedicated service in the Norwegian film industry. They were previously a professor at the Norwegian Film School and served as the head of their master's program from 2015 to 2021.

Lars Harald Maagerø holds a PhD in Theatre from the University of Kent, a bachelor's degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Bergen, a master's degree in Shakespeare Studies from King's College London, and a master's degree in Directing from LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts).
In addition to teaching at NSKI, he works as an opera and theatre director. He has directed outdoor Shakespeare performances for Thesbiteatret in Tønsberg and Mozart operas for the Oslo Opera Festival.

Maria is trained as a dance artist and choreographer from the University of Dance Art. She has previously studied musical theatre at Bårdar Academy. She is a member of the dance company Glitch! Maria teaches creative dance for children and youth at Rom for Dans and has previously worked in Germany as a choreographic assistant for Barbara Fuchs.
